They
have

a

that
provides
a
measure

and
safety
at
an

is a

the

Care
Planning
Council

out
of
personal
need,
having
family
members
with
medical
conditions
that
demanded
their
emergency
information
be
readily
available.
After
investigating
existing
methods
and
finding
they
lacked
the
ability
to
provide

complete

we
turned
to

computer

to
develop
a
patent
pending,
simple
and
user
friendly

that
